DOM Heatmap
Read resting liquidity, executed trades and the price response together
The DOM heatmap shows how resting bid and ask liquidity changes over time. Time runs horizontally and price vertically. Each coloured cell represents recorded order-book volume within a price band. Trade bubbles represent executed trades instead.

Chapter 4
Trade Bubbles and Volume Bars
Understand bubble size, direction and grouping
A trade bubble can represent one trade or a cluster within a time/price area. Green indicates dominant aggressive buying; red indicates dominant aggressive selling. An aggressive buy executes against a resting ask; an aggressive sell executes against a resting bid.

Chapter 4
Execution Regions and Mini Footprint
Inspect the price response after concentrated trading
Execution Regions show concentrated aggressive buying or selling within a time/price area together with the subsequent observed price response. Analysis is limited to Binance BTCUSDT perpetual trades.

Chapter 4
Hidden Liquidity
Differences between visible depth and executed volume
A hidden-liquidity marker draws attention to executions that the observed book volume does not fully explain. Replenishing orders or unobserved liquidity may be investigated; this is not an exact measurement of remaining hidden orders.
Read lesson: Hidden Liquidity →
Chapter 4
Iceberg Orders
Understand recurring executions and replenishment patterns
An iceberg order exposes part of its total quantity while more can become visible later. CloudCraft looks for execution and replenishment patterns resembling this behaviour; it does not always receive a confirmed iceberg identifier from the exchange.
Read lesson: Iceberg Orders →
Chapter 4
Absorption
Why does aggressive volume fail to advance the price?
Absorption describes aggressive buying or selling being met by passive liquidity while price makes limited progress. Buys failing to lift price suggest possible ask-side absorption; sells failing to push it lower suggest possible bid-side absorption.
Read lesson: Absorption →
Chapter 4
CVD (Cumulative Volume Delta)
The accumulated difference between aggressive buys and sells
Delta is aggressive buy volume minus aggressive sell volume. CVD accumulates those differences over time. Every trade has both a buyer and a seller; the distinction here is which side initiated the execution aggressively.

Chapter 4
DOM Settings and Filters
Three presets and separate volume thresholds
Presets present the same data at different visual densities. Focus offers a calmer overview; Order flow uses finer clusters and delta bars; Liquidity emphasises the heatmap and volume profile. Custom describes a manually edited view.

Historical Region Review
From older S/R labels to formation and response analysis
This URL is retained from the older Historical S/R Labels lesson. The former S45x/R38x description does not define the current Execution Regions system. Current review separates region formation from the subsequently observed price response.
